Castles are allocated on a first come first served basis so the earlier you book the better to avoid disappointment.

You may cancel at anytime before your castle leaves our base. Cancellation after that time will result in a delivery charge being made.
The hirer must be present to take delivery of, and to accept responsibility for, the castle.
The hirer must sign the hire agreement and present two forms of identification and proof of address in addition to the hire fee, prior to the delivery being completed.
The hirer must ensure that the designated area for the inflatable is suitable and accessible prior to the delivery. (A clean, level area, free from overhanging foliage of sufficient size to allow 2 metres clearance in front and behind the inflatable and at least 1 metre on either side. The site should be no more than 25 metres from the nearest 13amp power socket.) The site must be accessible to a trolley, that is gate widths of no less than 1 metre and no more than two steps in any one flight.
Active Bouncers reserves the right to refuse to deliver an inflatable where the above conditions are not met.
Active Bouncers will deliver the inflatable and erect it as directed by the hirer. Once installed it may not be moved by anyone other than Active Bouncers.
The delivery time will be arranged to suit the hirer, within reason. In the local area the earliest delivery time will be 9:00am, later in other areas, (See Map). The latest pick up will be 20:00, (8:00 pm), or twilight whichever is sooner, unless special arrangements have been made. Next day pick up can be arranged for an additional fee provided the equipment is not required elsewhere at the same time.
When the inflatable is collected it will be inflated and its’ condition checked before being packed away. Please do not disconnect or remove components prior to pick up. (We need to know that the inflatable is clean and ready for the next hirer).
Please keep the equipment clean and safe from damage. A cleaning fee will be charged where the inflatable is not ready for the next hirer. All damage must be paid for. Please take care, think how you would feel if we couldn’t supply you due to the thoughtlessness of the previous hirer.
Inflatables are great fun but their misuse is potentially dangerous. All
children using the inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult
at all times. Active Bouncers. Its' employees and representatives accept
no liability or responsibility for any damage or injury whatsoever, caused
by the use, or misuse, of the hired equipment.
